What data we collect

If you subscribe to our daily email, we collect your email address and the page on which you subscribed (e.g. homepage, NAP page). We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details or any other personal information.

We store a hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address temporarily for rate-limiting purposes. This hash cannot be used to identify you and is automatically cleaned up.

How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to send you the daily NAP of the Day email. We do not sell, share, rent or otherwise distribute your email address to any third party.

Our daily emails contain affiliate links to licensed bookmakers (Bet365, Paddy Power, William Hill). If you click these links and open an account, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the content of our tips.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to be immediately removed from our mailing list. You can also visit https://dailynap.co.uk/subscribe to manage your subscription.

Data deletion

To request complete deletion of your data, reply to any daily email with “delete my data” or contact us directly. We will delete your subscriber record within 7 days.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (EU/US servers). Access to subscriber data is restricted to authenticated server-side processes only. We use double opt-in (email confirmation) to verify all subscriptions.

Cookies

Daily Nap does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We use only essential cookies required for the website to function.
